What happens if weather ends the round?
If the Captain abandons the round before four official holes, TeeStakes releases the hosting hold. At four or more official holes, the round counts and the hosting charge remains. Scores already entered are preserved for audit, but an abandoned round does not proceed through normal Vault ratification.
