What is the difference between hosting, green fees, and Action?

• Hosting: TeeStakes platform cost paid by the Captain.
• Green fee: Estimated amount the course may charge each player. TeeStakes does not collect it unless a future licensed booking flow explicitly says so.
• Action: In-round game stakes measured in tees and settled through the Vault.
